Here's the recording process at Nobasis Studios.
Drums
- When you get here you will set up the drums and I'll put mics on them. (below-left)
- The guitar cabinet will go in the vocal booth. The guitar is only there for
reference. It will be recorded again later.

- Now you record the drums while the other bands members play along. (below-left)
- If the drummer messes up you need to start over.
- You do all of the drum tracks before going on to the other instruments.

Guitars
- Next is usually guitars (or sometimes bass). The guitar cabinet goes in the vocal booth.
- The guitarist will listen to the drums in headphones and play along.
- If you mess up on guitars you don't have to start over. You can go back and fix
parts of the song.

Bass
- The bass is pretty much the same as guitar.
- The bass cabinet goes into the vocal booth and plugs in the same as the guitar.
(below-left)
- You can fix parts of the song like the guitar.

Vocals
- The singer goes in the vocal booth.
- You can hear the music in headphones while you sing along.
- When you're done we make sure the levels are okay.
- You get a burned master copy to take home.
